As a seasoned brand and marketing professional she has a wealth of experience in the F&B and hospitality industry. Previously worked with renowned organizations such as Alshaya, Landmark Group, IHG, and Hutchison 3, leading the regional marketing and growth for brands such as The Cheesecake Factory, Texas Roadhouse, IHOP, Fogo de Chão, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Nandos and Carluccios.
In her most recent role as Marketing Director of Americana (Kuwait Food Company), Shiryn lead the Casual Dining and Growth brands in the region for UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, and Jordan. As the Director of Brand Strategy and Marketing she is responsible for leading the Brand and Marketing portfolio for all Lemon Butter Group brands. An instrumental part of her role is to enhance our brand growth, presence, drive marketig and sales, as well as supporting mergers & acquisitions activities.
