Rishi comes with a very diverse background. He studied Dental Mechanics and then completed his MBA in HR. He started his career from sales HR in PepsiCo and post that has been associated with the notable hospitality organizations in India where he’s a known name.
In his last stint he was working for a Norwegian State Owned power company where he was leading the Talent Management & Talent Acquisition. He’s very well networked & has done some great job in the HR space. He has a robust, well-rounded HR experience of more than a decade having worked as an HR Business Partner in the areas of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition(Mid to senior level hiring), Policy formations, Industrial Relations and HR automation.
During his stint with ITC Hotels & Radisson Hotel Group, South Asia, he was instrumental in 20+ pre-opening projects respectively where he worked extensively in setting up the HR infrastructure for the new properties. He also has experience in supporting configuration & design of HCM tools as per the customized requirements of the organization.
